Focus on your Health Diamond. Make it a priority to do one thing every day that benefits each side of your health diamond to care for your personal health.

Physical Health: plank, 60 minutes of exercise, practice a sport, dance, stretch, try a new healthy snack, eat five fruits and vegetables, drink water, get 8-9 hours of sleep, & wash your hands!
Social Health: call your grandparents or other family members, use sidewalk chalk to leave uplifting messages for your neighbors, facetime with friends, play a game with your family, help out around your house. Intellectual Health: read, learn a new skill, research an area of interest, be creative, organize your bedroom, create a to do list. Emotional Health: journal, talk about what you are feeling, use your coping skills, do something nice for someone else, laugh, listen to music, make a list of things you are thankful for. |
